This website does not use cookies, does not show ads and does not track you across other websites. Personal data is only processed as far as needed to deliver the site, to measure its reach and performance anonymously, and to answer you if you get in touch.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes the data your browser sends with every request — your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes data in the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they look at. It works without cookies and without storing your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the referring website, your approximate location (country and region), your browser, operating system and device type. Visitors are only told apart by a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so you cannot be identified or followed across other websites. We only see aggregated statistics.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding the reach of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Vercel Speed Insights

We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast this site loads. On each page load it reports performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) along with the page, your network speed category, browser, operating system, device type and country. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not link page loads to a person.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a fast and well-working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website itself. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

Contact by Email

If you email us, we process your email address, your message and any details you include in order to answer you. Emails are handled by Apple's iCloud Mail. The legal basis is the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if it concerns a contract or project, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your message once your request is settled, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons (for example tax retention periods).

Links to LinkedIn and Instagram

This site links to our LinkedIn and Instagram profiles. These are plain links: no data is sent to LinkedIn or Instagram until you click one. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), deleted (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18), and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20). Where we rely on our legitimate interest, you can object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, just send us an email.
